Business Contract

Both parties have reached the following agreement through friendly consultation regarding the mall cooperation:

Cooperation Period:

I. Responsibilities of Party A

1. Party A shall provide sufficient suppliers and goods for cooperation.
2. Party A shall provide security and transportation work, with all business tax and transportation expenses.
3. This includes: packaging, installation, after-sales, transportation, public relations, and all other expenses.
4. Party A shall ensure the normal operation of logistics and transportation, and be responsible for the safety of goods and staff.
5. In case of human damage, theft, or damage to items, Party A shall be fully responsible and compensate according to the price.

II. Responsibilities of Party B

1. Party B shall provide the cost of goods and maintain mall buyers (customer relations).
2. Party B shall ensure good personal credit.
3. Party B needs to process orders promptly within 24 hours.

III. Breach of Contract

1. In case of special circumstances, both parties shall resolve the agreement through consultation.
2. If affected by policies, and special circumstances do not comply, Party B shall be fully responsible.
3. Both parties must strictly comply with the contract, and in case of unilateral breach, either party shall bear legal responsibility or compensation.
4. This agreement takes effect from the date of signature.
